This website and its content are for independents, liberals, conservatives, and everyone in between who share a frustration with the policies that have hurt Spokane and the rest of Washington.

 

It’s for people who want a return to common-sense policies that work for the whole community instead of favoring special interests or institutions.

Spokane Confidential was started by ordinary residents who grew tired of watching local news and media ignore important stories or present them in ways that left out key context. We live and work here, and we noticed that controversial issues were often downplayed or covered in misleading ways.

We realized we weren’t going to get straightforward reporting from the usual outlets. We have our own eyes and ears. We don’t need anyone filtering what we see and hear.

Everyone in Spokane deserves the truth and the right to share their views without gatekeepers spinning or hiding the facts.
